Local residents of Laguna Niguel come every year to this wire fence to expose their butts.
The tradition began in 1979 (exactly 30 years ago) when customer K.T. Smith offered to buy a drink for anyone who would run outside and moon the next train.
And every second Saturday of July people gather there to show some butt.
