Santa Marta is a residential area for poor people in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Two Dutch artists decided to give the buildings of Santa Marta a radical makeover. Now 34 houses look colorful and bright.And I hope that people of Santa Marta feel themselves a bit happier.
