Look at this picture. How many colors do you see? Do you really see a blue stripe? Well, there is no blue color at all in this image …

Actually, what you think to be blue is a green color in truth. If you don’t believe it, you can zoom the blue stripe in Photoshop. I did it but in Paint. Look.

    This illusion is wrong.

    Because of the compression of the saved image, the colours have merged. That means although some of the “blue” and “green” lines are that greeny colour, most isn’t. Most are colours between green and purple (a bluey) and green and yellow (a greeny).
